This weekends free soccer betting tips come from 99Reds.
99Reds is an ex lower league manager and player who now uses his stats and ratings to find value in the soccer betting markets. He is one of a team of experts over at the Football Bets website.
His records there indicate you would be sitting on in excess of £5000 net profit had you backed each of his advices so far with a £100 level stake.
His fellow experts at the football bets website are also doing pretty well.
See here ==> Football Results
Anyhow here is what his stats and research indicate offers a bit of value for today.
Win Double Forest and Norwich 23/20 Tote 1pt -
Forest have 7 wins and 2 draws from their 9 games at home to bottom half teams plus
Preston have a number of injuries that will deplete them tonight and they have not
kept a clean sheet against a top half side away. In the game at Norwich,
Doncaster have multiple injuries and have only taken 2 points from 8 away
games against top half teams and they have also failed to keep a clean sheet away to a top half team.
Bournemouth v Sheffield Wednesday Over 2.5 goals 10/11 William Hill 1pt -
Bournemouth have a home record of 10-6 for Overs and Wednesday have an
away record of 9-6 for Overs, which relates to 4/6, so 10/11 does give value.
Also Bournemouth home games to bottom half teams are averaging 3.3 goals
and Wednesday away games to top half teams are averaging 3.4 goals.

Betting on the number of corners in a soccer match might seem to some a little strange. Likk betting on two fly’s on a wall perhaps.
It starts to make a lot more sense however if you maintain a big database of soccer statistics and use that to carefully pinpoint value in a bet.
It can certainly make watching a live match more interesting.
You find yourself screaming at the TV to the defender shouting “push him wide .. don’t let him cut inside”.
I have a corner bet today for you.
It comes from an ex bookmaker odds compiler called Phil who is one of the advisors over at Football Bets
Arsenal v Wolves (3:00pm)
OVER 11 Corners at 10/11 Bet365 next best (4/5 Sky ) 1pt
This one may or may not win but he has a very good long term record of profit and healthy return on investment.
There is a no quibble refund guarantee there to protect you if for some reason you find the service not suitable for you personally.
Worth a test if you can see the sense in having bookmaker trained ex odds compilers directing your betting action.

Scottish Soccer Betting
At this time of year many of the games get disrupted in Scotland usually because of a frozen pitch and if not, then a waterlogged pitch. The standard of football in the lower leagues, Scottish Division’s 1,2 and 3, is very poor when compared to England. None of the teams have undersoil heating but a few do play on astroturf, 3rd and 4th generation pitches. This weekend, we’ll no doubt see some cancelled games because of the weather. It’s unfortunate, because when they get moved to midweek fixtures, the form is very unreliable. Most of the teams are part-time and can’t field their preferred first XI during the week due to work commitments of the players and you never know who can make it and who can’t; so betting in Scotland mid-week is best avoided. This weekend, I have 3 cracking bets but only one of them goes up on the free blog.
SD2 – Alloa WIN @ 4/5 (vs. Dumbarton) – 1 Star Bet (Bet365, Blue Square, Stan James, William Hill)
Analysis
Alloa vs. Dumbarton
Dumbarton did win away on Tuesday but as previously mentioned midweek form is unreliable and apart from that, their recent away form has been absolutely dire. Alloa play on a 3G pitch and tend to experience a home advantage because of it. They haven’t been firing recently, but there’s a lot to take from their narrow 1-0 loss at home to Ayr in their last home game. That showed signs of a revival and Ayr are a far superior side to Dumbarton. As the odds suggest, this should be a comfortable win for Alloa and 4/5 still represents good value.

This soccer betting advice actually comes from a service that
is predominantly a horse racing service.
Paul Ruffy who runs it has a good reputation in my book.
I have been receiving his tips for some time now and can confirm
he runs an honest service.
He specialises in exploiting each way betting.
This is one of the few mathematical chinks in the traditional bookmakers armoury.
He puts out the odd bonus sports bet like the below as well.
If at all interested in his service ..well the good news is he
offers a FREE TRIAL.
It is not very obvious on his site but click the link below scroll to page
base and hit the subscribe button.
You will then note the free trial option.

Bonus Bets
Aston Villa v Arsenal 12.45
Villa are unbeaten at home but Arsenal have a very good record at Villa
Park. The visitors are without Fabregas but Villa have a small and
inexperienced squad and are missing 5 midfielders in total. The “kids” that
have stepped in for Villa have done well, especially against Man Utd, but
probably the brightest of these young stars, Albrighton, is out today along
with Hogg. And Utd were way under par that day. The result will most likely
mean a midfield threesome of Bannan, Clark and Ireland. It is essentially a
makeshift team that Villa are fielding, they’ve been struggling to score
all season and I feel the likes of Arshavin, Van Persie, Nasri and Chamakh
will out-play them today. Arsenal have had a bad week, but as usual their
troubles tend to get blown out of proportion, up until the 50th minute
against Spurs things were looking very good, and previous away wins at
Everton and Wolves were more in character. The Gunners have the best away
record in the league.
Arsenal 2% stake @ 5/4 Coral
Arsenal -1 (asian handicap) 1.5% stake @ 21/10 Bet365
That’s my strongest football advice of the weekend, but I also think Stoke
are too big at 11/4 against City, that Chelsea will win at Newcastle, and
Tottenham (If van der Vaart plays) are decent at 11/10 v Liverpool. Arsenal
can also be backed at 8/13 in the “draw no bet” market with Bluesquare.
That price again looks value given that they haven’t lost at Villa Park
since 1998.

Anyhow on to one of his recommended bets for today.
Dumbarton vs. East Fife
Dumbarton have fallen apart in their last 4 games, conceding a total of 11 goals.
It’s true that East Fife haven’t been performing that great either but they have been facing stiffer competition.
East Fife’s away form is much better than Dumbarton’s home form and take into account Fife beat
Dumbarton 6-0 at the end of August and suddenly 8/5 looks massive. It is!
SD2 East Fife WIN @8/5 (vs. Dumbarton) – 1 star bet (Ladbrokes, Bet365)
Sports betting blog comment this was advised yesterday to football bets clients.
Best price now 7/5 Ladbrokes
Betfair worth a check as always

Stenhousemuir vs. East Fife
Scottish Division 2 – East Fife WIN @33/20 (vs. Stenhousemuir) – 2 star bet (Bet365)
East Fife drew against Livingston last week and are one of the stronger sides in the division.
Expect them to be competing for 2nd place along with the likes of Alloa.
Although some results haven’t worked out, it’s clear that they’ve been scoring freely
even against the better teams. Stenhousmuir are an in and out side and although they’re
better at home the percentage play is in backing East Fife
(which are still value at 13/8 with Betfred and Ladbrokes) as they should be favourites for this tie.

The following comes from Tammboy over at the Football Bets website.
As an ex odds compiler for a major bookmaker his advice has proven worth following. He specialises in betting on Scottish soccer.
NB He actually has fours bets this weekend. This is just a sample one of them
SD3 Stranraer WIN@6/4 (vs. Arbroath) – 2pt win bet ( William Hill )
Stranraer vs. Arbroath
Stranraer have really got their act together and have had a great start to the season. A good 2-2 draw at Berwick last week outlines their quality at present. Arbroath, relegated last term have been having mixed results. Good at home but woeful away, hammered 4-1 by Berwick only two weeks ago. William Hill have clearly priced this up on the basis of a relegated 2nd division team must be stronger than a mid-table 3rd division team, but confidence means a lot in these lower leagues. A look along the odds-line will tell you this is way out. Bag the 6/4 before they change it.

Scottish Division Two
Livingston WIN @Evs (vs. Peterhead) – 1pt win bet (Bet365, Blue Square, Coral, William Hill)
Peterhead vs. Livingston
Livingston are the division’s favourites and they’ve done nothing wrong this season beating most
of the better sides in the division and only a last minute penalty stopping them from winning
all their games.
They face Peterhead, one of the weaker teams and it’s arguable they should be shorter than
the Evens available. Back them to win at Evens before the price goes.
